Shift Patterns:

  • Morning: 7am-2:30pm
  • Evening: 2pm-9:30pm
  • Night: 9:15pm-7:15am

As a Support Worker, you will:

  • Help deliver high-quality, person-centered care that enables individuals to reach their full potential.
  • Ensure a safe, well-maintained environment.
  • Assist with daily living tasks based on care plans, including personal care, meal prep, housekeeping, emotional support, social activities, and community visits.
