As a Support Worker, you\’ll help amazing adults with learning disabilities live life their way. No experience? No problem – we\’ll give you all the training and support you need to grow.

Who this position suits

This role is for anyone who wants to make a real difference, whatever your age, background, or gender (unless the role is gender specific). You don\’t need to have worked in care before if you\’re kind, patient, and willing to learn; we\’ll support you every step of the way. It could suit someone who\’s helped others in customer service, childcare, hospitality, teaching, or volunteering, or someone simply looking for a more meaningful job. If you\’re the type of person who enjoys listening, lending a hand, and helping others live life to the fullest, you\’ll fit right in here.

ABOUT THE SERVICE: Shifts patterns vary, covering 7 days a week and can include 8am-9pm shifts or a sleepover shift starting at 11am and working until 11pm, then sleeping in the service until 7am and finishing at 11am. Must be able to do sleepovers.
