About the Service
Cedars Road is a register residential service based in hampton wick , supporting adult men with and range of additional support needs people with learning disability..
Our team provides personalised support based on each individul's needs , preferences and choices, dignity and meaningful community involvement.
Support worker Role is to help people we support with:
Daily living skills and personal care
Medication and health appointments
Managing finances
Accessing the community and taking part in activities
Planning for and receiving support while on holiday
A supportive team working collaboratively to provide safe, respectful and personalised care.
Promoting independence, choice, dignity, rights and meaningful outcomes for the people supported. A homely service where staff are expected to build positive relationships and understand each persons communication, preferences and individual support needs.
ROTA DETAILS:
AM shift 07.30 to 15:00
PM shift 14:00 to 21.30
Sleep In is minimum 1 per week
