We are looking for a Registered Care Manager to lead one of our adult residential services in Royston, Hertfordshire. This is a key leadership role within a values led social care charity supporting adults with autism and mental health needs. As a Registered Care Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the quality, safety and performance of the service. You will lead a team of support workers and senior staff to deliver consistent, person centred support that promotes independence, dignity and wellbeing.

The Registered Manager will be responsible for CQC compliance, safeguarding oversight, safer recruitment practices and building a stable, values driven team. We are looking for a Registered Care Manager who understands that culture and retention are just as important as processes and paperwork. This role suits someone who is confident leading inspections, managing performance and holding clear expectations, while also being visible, approachable and supportive to staff and the people we support.

  • Solid knowledge of UK safer recruitment and employment law
  • Level 5 in Leadership and Management for Adult Care (or working towards)
  • Right to work in the UK without sponsorship
