Walsingham Support in Port Talbot is recruiting a Support Worker for a brand-new outreach package in Sandfields. You will support a gentleman to live a fulfilling, active and independent life in his local community, predominantly in his family home and out in the community.
This role offers 2:1 support, manual handling, PEG feeding and medication support, with a consistent rota and opportunities to become an integral part of a new service.
