This opportunity would be ideal for an Interior Designer or Senior Interior Designer with proven experience in the luxury hospitality sector and confident proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp .

Duties
- Collaborate with the team to develop and present captivating design concepts, mood boards, and preliminary 2D/3D sketches.
- Produce detailed design documentation for all project phases, from concept through construction.
- Develop comprehensive construction documents, including plans, elevations, joinery details, and schedules for finishes and fixtures.
- Manage construction administration tasks, including the review of submittals and RFIs.
- Coordinate directly with consultants and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Research and source FF&E elements, including pricing and lead times, ensuring the highest quality selections.
Requirements
- Degree Qualified in Interior Design (or equivalent)
- Proven experience in high-end hospitality interior design including hotel suites, F&B spaces, lobbies, and amenity spaces
- Expertise in designing joinery and architectural details with precision
- Advanced skills in AutoCAD and SketchUp
- Familiarity with bespoke furniture, lighting, and joinery fabricators
- Strong understanding of hospitality standards, codes, and operational requirements
- Experience working for renowned, high-end interior design firms is advantageous
