Mid – Senior Interior Designer
Location: South Kensington, London
Salary: £45,000 – £60,000 p/annum

Duties:
- Design Development: Create and deliver innovative interior concepts tailored for spa and casino environments, reflecting luxury and functionality.
- Space Planning: Develop layouts that enhance guest experiences, ensuring optimal flow and spatial harmony for high-traffic areas.
- Material and Finish Selection: Specify premium materials, finishes, and furnishings that align with project goals and maintain the highest design standards.
- Project Management: Oversee all stages of interior design, from concept through to completion, ensuring seamless project delivery.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and manage junior and middleweight designers, delegating tasks and fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Supplier Coordination: Build strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring quality specifications, on-time deliveries, and adherence to budget.
- Client Engagement: Present design concepts and solutions to clients, maintaining strong relationships and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Site Oversight: Conduct site visits to monitor installation progress, ensuring every detail aligns with design intent and quality standards.
Requirements:
