At this service we provide 24‑hour residential support to 6 individuals living with Learning Disabilities and Autism. We provide individualised support that is person‑centred. Each individual we support has a bespoke support plan that is suited to their needs and includes support for personal care, health, spiritual well‑being, involvement in choice and decision making regarding every aspect of their life, finances, medication and ensuring regular reviews with GPs and other professionals.
