We're looking for a compassionate and reliable Bank Support Worker to join our floating support team based in Middlesbrough. This is a flexible, zero-hours role supporting people across Middlesbrough and Redcar to live as independently as possible. As a Floating Support Worker, you will work across a variety of services, building positive relationships and providing person-centred support tailored to individual needs. No two days will be the same, making this an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and making a real difference in people's lives.
A full UK manual driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential for this role due to travel between services.
Pay: £12.71 per hour
Contract: Bank / Zero-hours
Hours: Flexible, including days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays
Sleep-ins: Not required
