We are looking for caring, enthusiastic and energetic Female Bank Support Worker to join our Supported Living service, supporting 3 ladies with learning disabilities and physical disabilities to live independently and enjoy active lifestyles. This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same.

We are looking for someone who enjoys being out and about, supporting people in the community, encouraging independence and providing person‑centred support tailored to individual needs. This service operates 365 days a year, including weekends and bank holidays, so flexibility is essential.

Shift patterns may include:

  • 9am – 4pm
  • 9am – 5pm
  • 12pm – 8pm
  • 3pm – 10pm
  • 4pm – 11pm followed by a sleep‑in
  • 6:30am – 9:30am

This role includes sleep‑ins from 11pm to 7am.
