Join our team as a Female Support Worker (Bank) providing flexible cover for annual leave and sickness. In this role, you will be supporting five individuals with complex needs and learning disabilities to live as independently as possible. This is a hands-on position that includes personal care and requires a caring, patient, and proactive approach.

The role involves a variety of shifts, including days, nights, waking nights, and sleep-ins. Flexibility is essential, as shifts will be offered on an as-needed basis.

Sleep-in shifts are part of this role, with up to 7 per week available as required.
