Location: Windsor – office based
Salary: £25-30K depending on experience, plus benefits

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Civil Paralegal to join a respected team, supporting solicitors across civil litigation matters, ideally with exposure to family law and litigation.
Key Requirements
• 3+ years’ paralegal experience within a law firm or legal environment
• Paralegal qualification, law degree, or equivalent legal education
• Experience supporting civil litigation matters
• Exposure to family law, litigation, or wider dispute resolution preferred
• Knowledge of civil procedure rules and litigation processes
• Strong legal research, drafting and document preparation skills
• Excellent communication, organisation and attention to detail
• Confident using Microsoft Office and legal case management systems
• Able to manage deadlines and work effectively within a legal team
Role & Responsibilities
• Supporting solicitors with civil litigation files
• Drafting pleadings, witness statements, correspondence and court forms
• Conducting legal research and preparing case summaries
• Managing case files, documents and disclosure material
• Liaising with clients, courts, barristers, experts and third parties
• Preparing bundles and evidence for hearings, mediations and trials
• Monitoring deadlines and supporting court process compliance
