Key Requirements
- Degree or technical qualification in engineering, marine, manufacturing, or similar
- Relevant experience in project management, project coordination, engineering, or a manufacturing environment
- Strong technical understanding and the ability to work credibly with engineering teams
- Good stakeholder management and strong relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to help deliver projects on time and on budget
- Strong organisational ability and structured thinking
- Comfortable working with engineers, suppliers, and shipyards
- Shipping knowledge would be a strong advantage
Role & Responsibilities
- Help deliver projects from concept through to installation and operation
- Coordinate engineering, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver milestones
- Build practical project plans, timelines, budgets, and progress updates
- Ensure actions are closed quickly and projects keep moving
- Identify risks, resolve issues, and escalate where needed
- Support delivery across manufacturing, supplier, and shipyard activities
- Help ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget
