Key Requirements

  • Degree or technical qualification in engineering, marine, manufacturing, or similar
  • Relevant experience in project management, project coordination, engineering, or a manufacturing environment
  • Strong technical understanding and the ability to work credibly with engineering teams
  • Good stakeholder management and strong relationship-building skills
  • Proven ability to help deliver projects on time and on budget
  • Strong organisational ability and structured thinking
  • Comfortable working with engineers, suppliers, and shipyards
  • Shipping knowledge would be a strong advantage

Role & Responsibilities

  • Help deliver projects from concept through to installation and operation
  • Coordinate engineering, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver milestones
  • Build practical project plans, timelines, budgets, and progress updates
  • Ensure actions are closed quickly and projects keep moving
  • Identify risks, resolve issues, and escalate where needed
  • Support delivery across manufacturing, supplier, and shipyard activities
  • Help ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget
