It is a delivery-focused opportunity for a Project Manager who can help drive projects from concept through to installation and operation, while keeping activity moving across engineering, procurement, manufacturing suppliers, shipyards, and customers.
Key Requirements
- Relevant experience in project delivery, engineering, manufacturing, marine, industrial, operations, or a similar technical environment
- Strong technical understanding and the ability to work credibly with engineering teams
- Good stakeholder management and strong relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to help deliver projects on time and on budget
- Strong evidence of ownership, problem solving, and delivery
- Highly proactive and comfortable operating in ambiguity
- Able to turn discussions into clear actions and follow issues through to resolution
- Shipping knowledge would be a strong advantage
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate delivery across engineering, procurement, manufacturing suppliers, shipyards, and customers
- Help ensure projects keep moving when no single function owns the whole problem
- Build practical project plans, timelines, budgets, and progress updates
- Identify risks and blockers early, and coordinate resolution
- Maintain momentum and help ensure delivery is on time and on budget
- Support continuous improvement in how projects are delivered as the business grows
