We are now looking to appoint a Commercial Solicitor with at least 3 years PQE to support the continued growth of the practice. This will suit a solicitor who is confident handling a broad mix of commercial contracts and corporate transactions, particularly the buying and selling of businesses, and who is comfortable running matters with a good level of autonomy.

  • Experience advising on terms of business, terms and conditions, and wider commercial arrangements
  • The ability to run files independently and progress matters with minimal supervision
  • A commercial, practical and client-focused approach
  • An interest in networking and developing relationships within the local business community
  • Commercial property experience is not required, as the firm has dedicated property lawyers.

As a Commercial Solicitor, you will be involved in a broad range of work, including:

  • Advising owner-managed businesses and SME clients on day-to-day commercial and corporate matters
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Taking an active role in networking and business development locally
