- 4+ years’ PQE in employment law, partnership law or related disputes

- Experience with complex matters involving whistleblowing, discrimination, team moves or partnership disputes
- Strong litigation, negotiation and ADR skills
- Understanding of financial services or professional services clients
- Excellent communication, judgement and client relationship skills
- Interest in business development, mentoring and long-term progression
