Our client is a specialist private client practice advising a loyal and longstanding client base, with a particular focus on farming, rural, land-owning, and high-net-worth individuals and families. They are now looking to appoint a Private Client Paralegal to join their growing team in Marlborough. This is an excellent opportunity for a capable and client-focused paralegal to work on high-quality private client matters, supporting experienced solicitors and partners while also managing straightforward matters under supervision. Key Requirements
- You will be a qualified and experienced Private Client Paralegal with a strong understanding of private client law and the ability to support matters with accuracy, professionalism, and care.
- Previous Private Client Paralegal experience, ideally with at least 12 months experience.
- Strong knowledge of wills, probate, trusts, and lasting powers of attorney.
- Confidence drafting standard legal documents with strong attention to detail.
- Experience liaising with clients, courts, beneficiaries, HMRC, and the Probate Registry.
- Excellent administrative, organisational, and file management skills.
- Ability to manage deadlines and multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High levels of discretion, integrity, and professionalism when handling sensitive client matters.
- Proficiency with case management systems and Microsoft Office.
