Key Requirements

  • 4+ years’ PQE in employment law, partnership law or related disputes
  • Experience gained within a top-tier employment or partnership law firm
  • Strong contentious employment law background
  • Experience with complex matters involving whistleblowing, discrimination, team moves or partnership disputes
  • Strong litigation, negotiation and ADR skills
  • Understanding of financial services or professional services clients
  • Excellent communication, judgement and client relationship skills
  • Interest in business development, mentoring and long-term progression

  • Advising on complex employment and partnership disputes
  • Managing high-profile and sensitive client matters
  • Supporting negotiations, dispute resolution and tribunal or court proceedings
