This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Private Client Paralegal to support high-quality work across wills, probate, trusts, estate administration, and lasting powers of attorney, while developing your career within a supportive and collegiate environment.

Key Requirements

  • You will be an experienced Private Client Paralegal with at least 12 months’ experience preferred, strong attention to detail, and the confidence to support client matters professionally and empathetically.
  • You will ideally bring:
    • Previous experience in Private Client law
    • Good understanding of wills, probate, trusts, and LPAs
    • Confident drafting standard legal documents
    • Experience liaising with clients, courts, HMRC, the Probate Registry, and third parties
    • Strong administration, file management, and deadline management skills
    • Proficiency with case management systems and Microsoft Office
    • Experience with farming, rural, or high-net-worth clients would be highly desirable
    • Progression toward CILEX, STEP, or equivalent would be advantageous
