This is a varied commercial property role, working alongside experienced solicitors and partners on transactions involving commercial, agricultural, rural and landed property interests.
Key Requirements
- Commercial property paralegal experience, ideally 12 months+
- Understanding of freehold and leasehold sales, purchases and lettings
- Experience with contracts, leases, titles, searches and enquiries
- Knowledge of the property process through exchange, completion and post-completion
- Strong client and professional stakeholder communication skills
- Experience with case management systems and the Land Registry portal
- Excellent organisation, accuracy and attention to detail
- Agricultural, rural or landed property experience advantageous
- CILEX, CLC, LPC or SQE progression welcomed
