Location: United Kingdom (Remote/Hybrid)
Salary: £39,375 £52,500 per annum + Excellent Benefits Package

As they expand globally and enhance their product suite, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Development Representative to join the EMEA team and drive engagement with high-value accounts.
Key Requirements
We are seeking a commercially driven, multilingual BDR with a strong background in cybersecurity or IT solutions. You must be highly organised, target-oriented, and skilled at nurturing relationships across a variety of channels.
Essential skills and experience:
- Proven business/sales development experience within the cybersecurity or broader technology sector
- Demonstrated track record of meeting/exceeding pipeline generation quotas
- Fluent in both English and German (written and spoken)
- Experience using leading sales-engagement, data-enrichment, CRM, ABM, chatbot, and dialer tools to drive a pipeline
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to overcome objections and articulate value
- Experience working closely with marketing and sales teams on territory strategies and prospecting campaigns
- Self-motivated with a proactive mindset and high attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple outreach and follow-up cycles simultaneously
- Comfortable working remotely with a Team First attitude
- Bachelors degree or higher (preferred)
Desirable:
- Fluency in French
- Experience supporting virtual and in-person marketing campaigns and events
Role & Responsibilities
This role is ideal for a results-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You will serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients, building relationships and booking meetings that convert to revenue-generating opportunities.
You will be expected to:
- Work with sales and marketing to develop territory strategy and drive new business pipeline
- Prospect into target accounts via cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and account-based marketing
- Qualify inbound leads from MQLs (Marketing Qualified Leads) generated via events, digital campaigns, and ABM
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs, including opportunity generation quotas
- Create compelling messaging for outreach via scripts, emails, and coordinated campaigns
- Understand and communicate the clients cybersecurity value proposition
- Support marketing and sales enablement activities, including chatbot support, campaign execution, and event staffing
