About the role

Weare seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, dynamic and flexible team player forthis role of Senior Cover Supervisor.

Weare looking for someone who:

  • Isenthusiastic and inspiring with excellent classroom management skills
  • Hasrelevant experience of working with and supporting primary aged pupils
  • Whocan promote positive values and attitudes within the classroom
  • Understandstheir role in safeguarding and protecting children

All staff are expected to know what to do if they have concerns about achild, take on the responsibility for providing a safe environment andpromoting children's welfare, undertake regular safeguarding and childprotection training and, familiarise themselves with KCSIE part 1 and local policies and procedures as directed by thetrust/academy.
