You will be leading a well‑established, stable, and dedicated Learning Disability team in Adult Social Care made up of professionals who are proud of the work they do. About you:
The Aspiring Manager: You are an Advance Practitioner/Assistant Team Manager with a deep understanding of the Care Act 2014, Mental Capacity Act 2005 and LD practice. You’re ready for more responsibility and want a supportive environment to transition into leadership.
The Experienced Leader: You’ve been a Team Manager before and you’re looking for a team that "gets it." You want to focus on high‑level practice improvement rather than constant crisis management.
