Walsall Council is seeking a Customer Change Agent on a 2-year fixed-term contract to lead and monitor resilience provisions funded through the Crisis and Resilience Fund. You will work with voluntary organisations and partners to expand provision, monitor demand and ensure activity is evidence-led and aligned to outcomes.
You will also help strengthen financial inclusion by using data and resident feedback to identify gaps and improve access, delivering joined-up support across Walsall.
