Walsall Council is seeking an experienced fostering leader to shape and lead the Black Country Fostering Hub, a new regional model focused on strengthening foster carer recruitment, assessment, approval and support across the Black Country. You will mobilise the hub with partner authorities, deliver improved recruitment, timely approvals and better support for carers, children and young people.
This fixed-term role offers the opportunity to establish the regional service, influence practice.
