Applicants appointed to posts that require an enhanced DBS clearance must declare any periods of time that they have lived, studied or worked abroad and be prepared to provide an Overseas Criminal Records Certificate (OCRC) or a Statement of Good Conduct (SOGC) relating to anytime they were overseas.

The successful candidates will be required to have experience of working in Adult Social Care and to join our Multi‑Disciplinary Team.

If you do, and you have experience of managing a small team, then this is an exciting opportunity for you to join our service. As a Senior Reablement Officer you will work with individuals in their own home to support and encourage them to develop or regain skills to live independent and fulfilling lives. You will work closely with the therapy team to deliver bespoke support and contribute to ongoing reviews.

Your role will also entail managing reablement officers on a day to day basis, providing 1:1 support and contributing to the development of the staff and team. A good knowledge of CQC is essential.
