  • We are seeking an exceptional, compassionate and highly organised

Onsite Alternative Provision Manager to lead our newly established internal Alternative Provision Hub from September 2026.

Based in our newly renovated on‑site provision, this is an exciting opportunity to shape and develop a provision that will transform outcomes for students who require additional support to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the newly established internal Alternative Provision Hub starting from September 2026.
  • Oversee the day‑to‑day operation of the hub, providing a structured and nurturing environment for students.
  • Coordinate personalised timetables, deliver targeted interventions and manage enrichment opportunities.
  • Ensure each student receives the right support at the right time and facilitate successful reintegration into mainstream education.
  • Work closely with the inclusion team, teaching staff, parents and external agencies to support student development.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents and stakeholders to drive positive outcomes.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A qualified and enthusiastic individual capable of motivating, inspiring and coaching others.
  • Experience or willingness to work with young people and manage their support needs.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • A good listener with a sense of humour.
  • Ability to work under one’s own initiative and as part of a team.
  • Continued commitment to professional development and lifelong learning.
