Position: Lunchtime Supervisor
Responsibilities
- Work a 1¼ session per day, term‑time only.
- Manage the care and supervision of pupils during the lunchtime period (12pm – 1.15pm).
- Act as a role model for children by treating them with respect and acting fairly, yet assertively in implementing the School's Rules and Behaviour Policy.
- Encourage the use of good manners and social skills.
Qualifications and Skills
- High level of confidentiality.
- Politeness.
- Previous experience as a lunchtime supervisor or experience working with children on a regular basis is desired.
- Ability to relate well with children of all ages.
- Ability to work as part of a team and adapt to changing circumstances.
