Position: Lunchtime Supervisor

Responsibilities

  • Work a 1¼ session per day, term‑time only.
  • Manage the care and supervision of pupils during the lunchtime period (12pm – 1.15pm).
  • Act as a role model for children by treating them with respect and acting fairly, yet assertively in implementing the School's Rules and Behaviour Policy.
  • Encourage the use of good manners and social skills.

Qualifications and Skills

  • High level of confidentiality.
  • Politeness.
  • Previous experience as a lunchtime supervisor or experience working with children on a regular basis is desired.
  • Ability to relate well with children of all ages.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and adapt to changing circumstances.
