Walsall Academy is seeking a Teacher of Literacy and Functional Skills Intervention to provide targeted support for Key Stage 4 students whose literacy needs are affecting their engagement with English and the wider curriculum.
The postholder will deliver structured Functional Skills and literacy interventions, helping students to develop practical reading, writing, speaking and listening skills for learning, employment and adult life, and to make measurable progress from their starting points.
