Black Country Fostering Hub is recruiting a Fostering Recruitment Officer to guide prospective foster carers through initial steps, working with four partner authorities across the Black Country. You’ll respond to enquiries, visit households, support training, and coordinate steps toward assessment.
The role includes a duty rota, some weekend work and hybrid arrangements, with a base at the regional hub. We welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds who can build trust and support children.
