Salary: G3 £13.26 – £13.47 per hour.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with the production and delivery of school meals based on the school menu and dietary requirements.
- Carry out general kitchen duties including food preparation, washing dishes and cleaning kitchen equipment.
- Maintain a clean, safe and hygienic kitchen environment in line with Food Safety Act and FSA guidance.
- Hold or be willing to obtain the Essential Food Hygiene Certificate.
- Undergo Enhanced Children’s DBS check (or provide proof of an existing check).
- Good spoken English to communicate with students, staff and suppliers.
- Flexible with working times, able to start or finish within the stated period.
- Competitive hourly rate within G3.
- Access to ongoing training and uniform supply.
