Fair Access and Missing Education Caseworker - Ref: CH02926

Grade: G5; Salary Range: £28,598 - £31,022

We are seeking a dedicated and organized individual to contribute to our team's mission of providing equal opportunities for education. The Fair Access & Missing Education Caseworker will play a vital role in ensuring children and young people are not left behind in their educational journey. This role involves managing various processes and collaborating with schools, families, and partner agencies to create a supportive environment for our students.


Responsibilities
  • Support the operation of Children Missing Education, Fair Access, Pupil Tracking, and Exclusion processes.
  • Ensure children and young people receive appropriate education provision and support.
  • Maintain excellent communication with schools, families, and partner agencies.
  • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Keep accurate records and provide clear advice and guidance to stakeholders.
  • Manage competing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless service delivery.
  • Stay updated with education policies and regulations to provide accurate information.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to improve access to education.

Qualifications
  • GCSE Grade C or above in English Language or equivalent work experience
  • A valid driving license and access to a vehicle for occasional travel.
