We are seeking enthusiastic and organised Senior Events Assistants to join the team at Walsall Arena and Arts Centre. This is an exciting opportunity to play a role in the delivery of performances and events. As a Senior Events Assistant you will:
- Support the front of house delivery of performances and events
- Support compliance with licensing and health and safety to include the delivery of the bar service and associated administration
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to enquiries from the public Is reliable, punctual and professional
- Can work effectively in a busy environment and has experience of working in similar environments
- Has excellent communication and organisational skills
- Is a flexible team player with a positive and proactive approach, This post is covered by the Government's Code of Practice on the English Language Fluency Duty for public sector workers. The post holder will be required to communicate verbally with customers and provide advice and/or information in accurate spoken English.
