This is an exciting time to join a multi award winning council and a high performing Digital & Technology team, as we modernise services and deliver an ambitious change portfolio that improves outcomes for residents and colleagues.
We are looking for a hands-on, motivated and innovative person with a strong attention for detail and a passion for technology to understand and deliver on business needs. The successful candidate will work closely with colleagues from across the business to cultivate Walsall Council's enterprise architecture in line with the organisation’s Corporate Plan and upcoming Digital, Data and Technology strategy.
Responsibilities
- Define standards and processes within the Enterprise Architecture team
- Elicit, document, analyse, validate and manage the business requirements of internal customers
- Plan, prepare, execute and support user acceptance testing
- Manage stakeholders and work collaboratively with cross functional teams to deliver high quality solutions and supporting materials
- Conduct workshops, interviews, process mapping sessions, etc.
- Champion technical innovation, evolution and growth
- Inspire the development of the organisation's architecture
- Demonstrate a passion for continued personal/professional development
