Walsall Council are looking for an enthusiastic and community-minded Community Building and Cohesion Officer to help strengthen connections across our localities, support local groups, and contribute to a more inclusive, welcoming and resilient borough.
This is a dynamic and rewarding role where you will work closely with residents, voluntary, community and faith sector organisations, and partner agencies to deliver programmes that build trust, reduce inequalities and support vibrant community life.
Applicants must have experience of working with diverse communities, including settled indigenous communities, people with protected characteristics and the seldom heard. You should also have relevant experience and/or hold a relevant degree.
