We are seeking dedicated swimming instructors to join our close-knit and professional team in the delivery of high-quality swimming provision within Walsall on a casual basis.
Responsibilities:
- Support in delivering swimming instruction to adults and children in accordance with relevant awarding body specifications and in line with Sport & Leisure management systems.
- Communicate verbally with customers and provide advice and/or information in accurate spoken English, in line with the Government's Code of Practice on the English Language Fluency Duty for public sector workers.
- Contribute to a professional and customer‑focused service environment.
Qualifications:
- ASA or STA Level 1 or Level 2 swimming teacher qualification.
- NRASTC light or RLSS pool lifeguard qualification.
- Experience of instruction duties or working in a service environment.
