The Role

As an Advanced Practitioner, you will:

  • Model best practices in strengths-based assessments and person-centered planning.
  • Provide high-quality supervision and mentoring to colleagues, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
  • Act as a lead on complex cases, ensuring the highest standards of safeguarding and mental capacity/CDOLS work.
  • Contribute to the strategic direction of the team as we implement our development plan.

We want to hear from Social Workers who are dedicated to the rights of people with learning disabilities. You should be:

  • A qualified Social Worker (registered with Social Work England).
  • Experienced in working with adults with learning disabilities.
  • A champion of the strengths-based approach.
