Caretaker/Cleaner combined role – Rowley View Nursery School. This combined role equates to 25 hours per week during term time and 10 hours per week outside of term time.
Location: 149 Dangerfield Lane, Wednesbury, Walsall, WS10 7RU
Caretaking Duties (Part‑time – 10 hours per week)
- Grade 5, £14.82 – £16.07 per hour, 52 weeks per year.
- 6:00 am – 7:00 am (Mon–Fri)
- 5:30 pm – 6:30 pm (Mon–Fri)
Cleaning Duties (Part‑time – 15 hours per week)
- Grade 2, £13.05 per hour, 39 weeks per year.
- 7:00 am – 8:00 am (Mon–Fri)
- 3:30 pm – 5:30 pm (Mon–Fri)
Responsibilities:
- Maintain security of school buildings and grounds.
- Perform general portage, minor decorating and DIY activities.
- Carry out cleaning duties to keep the school clean and presentable.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Previous caretaking or premises‑management experience.
- Ability to work split shifts during term time and be flexible during holidays.
Additional Information:
- Completion of a DBS check may be a requirement of this post.
