As the first point of contact, you'll provide guidance, mentoring, and tailored support to individuals from diverse backgrounds, helping them access opportunities and build brighter futures.
What you'll do
- Deliver personalised advice, guidance and mentoring
- Support individuals facing barriers to learning and employment
- Build strong partnerships with local organisations and employers
- Facilitate engaging employability workshops and activities

We're looking for someone with
- Experience working with local communities and unemployed individuals
