Hourly Paid Lecturer in Health & Social Care (Adult)
Walsall College is seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Hourly Paid Lecturer in Health & Social Care (Adult) to join our Adult, Foundation and Community Learning team.
You will deliver engaging and inclusive teaching, support learners to achieve outstanding outcomes, and contribute to a positive learning environment that helps students develop the skills and confidence to succeed in work and life.
What we're looking for:
- Experience delivering Health & Social Care teaching and learning in Further Education or a similar setting.
- A recognised teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one).
- Strong communication, organisation and learner support skills.
- Commitment to safeguarding, equality, diversity and inclusion.
What you'll do:
- Deliver high-quality teaching, learning and assessment.
- Support learners' academic progress and personal development.
- Develop course materials and assessment plans.
- Promote achievement, attendance, retention and positive learner outcomes.
