We are seeking a proactive and organised individual to coordinate the review and maintenance of Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs).
Working closely with students, families, curriculum teams, Local Authorities, and external agencies, you will help ensure students with EHCPs receive the support they need to achieve positive outcomes.
Strong partnership working, effective communication, and a commitment to inclusive education are essential for this rewarding role.
