The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.

We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Compliance Officer to join our Management Information Services (MIS) team. You will play a key role in ensuring data accuracy, funding compliance, and effective reporting, supporting the College to meet ESFA and WMCA funding requirements.

In this role, you will provide expert advice on funding rules, carry out internal audits of the Individualised Learner Record (ILR), monitor and resolve data errors, and support colleagues in understanding and using data to drive decision‑making. You will also deliver training on MIS systems and contribute to continuous improvement across the team.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and experience working with large datasets or information systems in a fast‑paced environment.
