We are looking for Community Learning Coaches to work with members of the community across Walsall who, for a range of reasons, are not yet able to access provision in one of Walsall Colleges campuses. Working with some of the most vulnerable members of the community, you will provide an essential service in building confidence, increasing resilience and breaking down barriers to learning. You will work alongside various community partners and deliver a range of engaging confidence‑building sessions to small groups in order to prepare adults to progress into formal learning programmes.

A willingness to respond flexibly to the changing demands of work through variation in working times and the availability of new technology is a must and there may be a requirement to work evenings and weekends on occasion.
