Enhance core people processes—performance, reward, development, engagement, employee relations—with pragmatism and speed. Champion talent and succession planning to ensure the right capabilities and mindset as we grow. Utilize data and insights to inform decisions, identify gaps, and measure initiative impacts. Ability to craft and lead people strategies that enhance performance, engagement, and culture, from early-stage to post-Series B/C. Strong commercial acumen with experience partnering with executive teams to align people initiatives with business outcomes. Strong data literacy to leverage insights for leadership decisions. Values-led, low-ego leadership style with trust-building ability. Bonus: experience leading teams through change or transformation, such as reorgs or rapid scaling.
