About The Role

As a Senior Product Designer at Walr, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience and the interface of the Walr Platform. Our platform enables end-to-end data creation, streamlining the process for businesses to gather, analyze, and act on insights efficiently. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive, scalable, and visually engaging solutions that enhance the way users interact with the platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and drive the end-to-end design process, from concept to final execution.
• Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs to enhance user experience.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to align design strategies with business objectives.
• Establish and maintain a design system to ensure consistency across the product.
• Contribute to design critiques, providing and receiving constructive feedback.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices, integrating emerging design tools and technologies into workflows.

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI design, or related fields.
• Proven experience working on SaaS platforms, enterprise software, or data-driven applications.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
• Experience conducting usability testing and user research methodologies.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to articulate design decisions effectively.
• Experience working in agile, iterative product development environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in market research, data analytics, or fintech industries.
• Familiarity with front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to collaborate effectively with engineers.
• Knowledge of motion design and micro-interactions to enhance user engagement.
• Exposure to A/B testing and data-driven design decisions.
