About the role:
Walr is hiring a Marketing Executive to join our Marketing team to help build the engine behind one of the fastest-growing brands in market research. This role is ideal for someone who thrives when they’re close to the action and gets a kick out of seeing campaigns come together and metrics move in the right direction. You’ll be executing across the full marketing mix – social, email, sales enablement, content – while helping shape what Walr’s marketing function becomes as we scale. You’ll sit at the heart of our go-to-market motion, working alongside the Marketing Director and partnering closely with our global sales team. This isn’t a role where your work disappears into a big machine. You’ll have ownership, autonomy, and the kind of visibility into business impact that’s hard to find at bigger organizations. Success looks like campaigns that fill the pipeline, a brand presence that punches above its weight, and data-driven reporting that gives leadership the confidence to invest bigger.
Key responsibilities:
- Support the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and qualified pipeline for the sales team.
- Own Walr’s social media presence – develop channel strategies, create content, manage the calendar, and direct our video partner to produce social-first content.
- Partner with Sales and Product to produce sales enablement materials that showcase Walr’s offering to prospects and customers.
- Manage our CRM, ActiveCampaign: build workflows, design lead capture forms, maintain segmentation, and keep data clean.
- Lead SEO strategy – keyword research, on-page optimization, and ongoing improvements to organic search performance.
- Own marketing reporting – track performance across all channels, present findings and recommendations to leadership monthly, and use data to inform what we do next.
- Partner with People Operations on internal marketing initiatives that bring the Walr brand to life for the team.
Required experience & skills:
- 2+ years in B2B marketing – bonus points if that’s in tech, market research, or a high-growth environment.
- Strong editorial and copywriting skills across formats – social posts, emails, landing pages, ad copy.
- Hands-on experience with a marketing CRM platform (ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, or similar) including workflow setup, list management, and reporting dashboards.
- Solid understanding of SEO best practices – keyword research, content optimization, technical fundamentals.
- Confident working with analytics tools (Google Analytics, social platform reporting) and translating data into clear, actionable recommendations.
- A sharp visual sense – you know what good looks like across formats and channels, even if you’re not a designer.
- Experience working with external agencies, freelancers, or production partners.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail – comfortable juggling multiple priorities without dropping quality.
- Excellent written and verbal communication – clear and confident whether you’re writing copy or presenting to leadership.
- Comfortable using AI tools to accelerate work without impacting quality.
- Naturally curious with a growth mindset – you stay ahead of trends, bring ideas unprompted, and want to develop your career alongside a scaling team.
This list isn’t exhaustive, and we know no one checks every single box, so if you think you’d be a great fit for this role, we’d encourage you to still apply.
