Why Walr?
Walr is the service-first data collection company built for the fast and the ambitious.
Founded in 2020, we exist to elevate the role of the market researcher - not by adding more tools to juggle, but by removing the operational heavy lifting so teams can focus on what truly matters: insight, impact, and confidence.
What sets Walr apart is relentless speed, obsessive service, and dedicated experts who show up every day for our clients and each other.
We’re a high-growth scale-up with 170+ employees across 9 countries, having doubled our headcount in 2025.
At Walr, we’re redefining data collection through unmatched speed, obsessive service, and human expertise that others simply can’t match.
Technology powers our momentum, but people make the difference.
Here, you’ll be trusted to take ownership, encouraged to think boldly, and backed by a team that moves fast-together.
If you want impact, growth, and the chance to build something that truly matters, Walr is the place to be.
About The Role
We’re hiring a Digital Marketing Executive to build and run Walr’s digital growth engine - demand generation, paid media, search and AEO, email and marketing automation, and the lead flow that connects it all to Sales.
You’ll own the channels end-to-end: when a campaign is briefed, you’re the one who activates it across Linked In, Google and paid social, optimises it, and reports back on what it delivered.
This is a hands-on, build-it-yourself role.
It’s an exciting time in Walr’s growth, our digital marketing is at an early stage, and you’ll be the person who puts the systems in place - including the AI-assisted and agentic workflows that let a small team operate like a much larger one.
You’ll work as a peer alongside our Senior Marketing Executive.
If you’ve built digital from scratch in a startup or scale-up and want to do it again on a global scale with the backing of a 180-person business, this is the role.
Key Responsibilities
- Own all digital activation for Walr’s marketing campaigns, working to campaign concepts agreed with the wider marketing team.
- Plan, launch and optimise multi-channel demand generation across Linked In, Google, paid social and retargeting - owning each channel, its budget and its performance against pipeline and lead targets.
- Support SEO and AEO (answer engine optimisation) so Walr is found in search and in AI-generated answers.
- Own email marketing and marketing automation: run our current platform, lead the assessment of our automation stack and any migration, and keep it tightly integrated with Salesforce.
- Own the lead flow end-to-end - web forms, routing and CRM integration - working with our IT and ops team so every enquiry reaches Sales quickly and nothing falls through the gaps.
- Build nurture and lifecycle email programmes, from post-enquiry sequences to quarterly content.
- Build and maintain marketing reporting and dashboards: channel performance, cost per lead and pipeline influenced.
- Build, document and scale AI-assisted and agentic marketing workflows for content production, campaign operations and reporting.
- Manage paid media budgets and agency or freelance resource where used.
- Contribute to marketing strategy and annual planning alongside the Senior Marketing Executive and Marketing Leader.
- Required Experience And Skills
- 2+ years of hands-on digital marketing in B2B Saa S or technology - ideally marketing a platform or product, not only services.
- You’ve built digital from scratch: set up paid campaigns, SEO, tracking and automation in a startup or scale-up marketing team of one or two, or in a dedicated digital team at a larger Saa S business and now want more ownership.
- Proven, quantified results you can talk through: campaigns run, cost per lead achieved, pipeline influenced, tools owned.
- Hands-on with the core stack: Linked In Campaign Manager, Google Ads, GA4 and Search Console, a marketing automation platform (Hub Spot, Active Campaign, Marketo, Klaviyo or similar), a CMS (Salesforce), no-code tooling such as Make. com, Zapier, or n8n, and AI tools such as Claude and Chat GPT used directly in your work.
- A self-starter who is comfortable owning a function, and who wants to grow into a bigger role and build a function around them.
- Comfortable with pace and change. You’d rather ship, measure and improve than wait for perfect.
- Clear written and spoken business English.
- Desired Skills
- A year or more building AI-assisted or agentic marketing workflows (Claude, GPT, agent builders) with real outputs in production.
- Experience with Salesforce-integrated marketing automation.
- A degree or equivalent qualification in digital marketing, or work experience during study directly in digital marketing.
- Experience in market research, insights or data-driven B2B products.
What We Value
- We Delight through Dedication We go the extra mile, stay focused, and fix what’s not working. Fast.
- We Lead with Trust We trust each other’s judgment and act with integrity. Always as partners.
- We Revel in Innovation We challenge the status quo and try new ways forward. Progress over perfection.
- We Celebrate as a Team We share wins, support each other, and believe we’re better as a collective.
