Role Overview

The Car Sales Executive role is the main driving force for the success of the company, and as such, it demands the highest levels of enthusiasm, professionalism, and customer service. The successful candidate for our car sales executive position will have experience in a similar sales role, with proven customer service skills and ability to work well with targets.

In this role you will:

  • Gather customer and market data to understand what the customer needs.
  • Respond to customer queries and resolve their objections.
  • Build a relationship with the customer and be their point of contact.
  • Provide customers with detailed and accurate quotations and cost calculations.
  • Highlight additional services such as finance, insurance, accessories, and service plans.
  • Negotiate terms of sales and agreements.
