Position Summary
Position Summary: Recruiting and developing qualified associates to meet staffing needs and achieve company growth potential. Coordinates, completes and oversees job-related activities and assignments by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, supporting plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs, identifying and communicating goals and objectives, building accountability for and measuring progress in achieving results, identifying and addressing improvement opportunities, and demonstrating adaptability and promoting continuous learning.
What you\’ll do
- Support plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs by coordinating job-related activities and assignments.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to identify goals and objectives.
- Build accountability and measure progress in achieving results; identify improvement opportunities and demonstrate adaptability.
- Provide supervision and development opportunities for associates by hiring and training, mentoring, assigning duties, providing recognition, and promoting a belonging mindset in the workplace.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, support company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity; implement related action plans and support Open Door Policy in executing business processes and practices.
- Respect the Individual: build high-performing teams, embrace differences, create a workplace where associates feel seen, supported and connected through a culture of belonging; create opportunities for all associates to thrive and perform.

The annual salary range for this position is $65,000.00-$80,000.00 plus differential to meet legislative requirements, where applicable. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may include: regional pay zone (RPZ) based on location; complex structure based on external factors that create challenges.
Minimum Qualifications
Outlined below are the required minimum qualifications for this position. If none are listed, there are no minimum qualifications.
- 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
- For facilities that sell firearms, successful completion of a firearms-specific Criminal Background Check (CBC) and Firearms Authorized Training may be required.
- For facilities that sell only ammunition and have state-specific requirements, a current state-issued Certificate of Eligibility may be required.
- Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (for example, Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).
